Parses selected CV files and resume downloads from email or LinkedIn into Luminary. Luminary Parser – Import Resumes from Gmail, Outlook, and LinkedIn Downloads Luminary Parser helps recruiters and hiring teams turn resume files into structured candidate information in their E-llumi account. Send selected Gmail or Outlook resume attachments directly to Luminary for CV parsing and candidate creation. You can also upload PDF or DOCX files through the extension or import supported resume files you download from LinkedIn. How it works 1. Sign in to your E-llumi account and connect the extension. 2. Open an email in Gmail or Outlook and click Parse beside a supported resume attachment, or select multiple attachments and click Parse selected. 3. Track parsing progress in the extension. 4. Click View Candidate to open the parsed candidate details in the Luminary web application. You can also select resume files directly in the extension. Downloading a supported resume file from LinkedIn starts parsing automatically while the extension is connected and parser access is available. Data Handling Selected resume files are sent over HTTPS to Luminary for processing and storage in your account. Resume processing may involve AI service providers as described in our privacy policy. The extension reads attachment details on supported email websites to provide parsing controls. LinkedIn support uses downloaded resume files and download metadata; it does not read LinkedIn profile page content. Outlook auto-parse is disabled until you enable it. Account Required An E-llumi account with active CV Parser access and available credits, or an unlimited plan, is required. Luminary Parser works as a companion to the Luminary web application.
