Digitail VoIP Call Integration brings your clinic’s phone system directly into the Digitail practice management platform, so your team never needs to switch apps to handle incoming calls. When a call arrives, the extension displays a notification with the client’s name and phone number, pulled from your Digitail account. Accept or reject calls with a single click, then manage active calls with mute/unmute controls and a live call duration timer, all without leaving Digitail.
