Automatically highlight phone numbers and click to dial, with global or per-site dial prefixes TelcoCentric Click2Call Integration turns every phone number on every page into a one-click call through the soft client you already use. Works with all major soft clients. Tailored specifically to work with 3CX. CLICK2CALL Phone numbers are recognised and highlighted automatically as you browse — in your CRM, in webmail, on supplier sites, on internal portals. Click the handset and the call is placed through your soft client. Numbers on pages that update dynamically are picked up as they appear. DIAL PREFIX If your phone system needs an outside-line digit, set it once and it is added automatically whenever a call is placed. You can set a single prefix for everything, or configure per-site rules so different sites dial with different prefixes — useful when you work across clients on separate phone systems. International numbers are left alone unless you choose otherwise. ALSO INCLUDED • Choose the dialling protocol: tel, dial, callto, ucdial, sip or skype • Optionally rewrite existing dial links on a page to your preferred protocol • Set the minimum and maximum length of what counts as a phone number • Toolbar button to switch the extension on and off instantly PRIVACY Everything happens locally in your browser. The extension collects nothing, sends nothing, and makes no network requests of its own. It contains no analytics and no tracking.
