Save restaurants, hotels, and activities to your Tripeaz collections while browsing. Plan trips without breaking your browsing flow. Tripeaz for Chrome saves any restaurant, hotel, or activity to your trip collections in one click - no retyping names, links, or descriptions. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the Tripeaz icon on any page - a Google Maps listing, a hotel site, a restaurant page, anywhere. 2. The extension fills in the title, URL, and a description automatically. 3. Pick a type (Activity, Food, Hotel, Transit, Shop, or Task) and a collection. 4. Save. It's instantly in your Tripeaz account, ready to drag into a trip itinerary. SMART AUTO-FILL On Google Maps, the extension pulls the actual place description Google shows for landmarks and notable spots - not just a generic page summary. If a place doesn't have one, it falls back to the address. On any other site, it reads the page's own description so you're not left with a blank field. TYPE DETECTION The extension recognizes common travel sites - booking and hotel sites, restaurant review sites, flight search sites, tour and activity sites, shopping sites - and pre-selects the right type for you. COLLECTIONS Organize saved places into collections (by trip, by city, by wishlist - however you plan). Create a new collection without leaving the popup. ACCOUNT REQUIRED You'll need a free Tripeaz account (tripeaz.app) to save places - everything syncs there automatically. PERMISSIONS - Active tab: reads the page you're currently on when you click the icon, and only then. - Scripting: runs the auto-fill logic on that page. - Storage: keeps you signed in between visits. The extension only talks to the current tab and Tripeaz's own servers - nothing else.
