Extract supplier quotation information, review it, and organise it for faster procurement analysis ProcureMind helps you extract and organise information from supplier quotations, invoices and purchase orders while you work in your browser. Open a supplier email and click Extract to review the information in the ProcureMind side panel. Extracted details can include the vendor, quote number, amounts, due dates and line items, with a confidence score for each field. You can review and edit the results before saving them to your connected spreadsheet. The ProcureMind dashboard keeps your extraction history in one place. You can group related quotations under an RFQ, compare supplier offers and identify the best price for each line item. Vendor aliases can also be normalised so that the same supplier is consistently represented in your records. ProcureMind is designed with privacy in mind. Email content is accessed when you initiate an extraction, raw email bodies are not retained, and you can delete your account and associated data from Settings. A ProcureMind account is required to use the extension
