Description
Protect the attention you choose. Selected-site boundaries, deliberate breaks, and your Sanctuary recovery loop. Sanctuary brings your focus loop and guided breaks into a Chrome side panel. • Start or end a focus session without leaving your work. • Follow a guided breathing reset when it is time to look away. • Get a reminder when a reset is due, even if Sanctuary is not open in a tab. • Set optional attention boundaries for selected sites. Pro and Elite members can choose work windows or daily allowances. Selected-site settings and daily totals stay on this device. Elite members can preview and explicitly share an anonymous summary for a companion review. • Let Sanctuary defer reminders during supported Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams calls. Requires a Sanctuary account. Sign in at sanctuary.novpax.org and the panel picks up your existing session. Sanctuary is made by Nov Pax.
