Your 20-20-60 focus loop in a side panel: 20 minutes of focus, then 60 seconds of guided breathing. Sanctuary keeps one promise: every 20 minutes, you look up. Twenty minutes of focus. Then look about twenty feet away, and breathe with the orb for sixty seconds. That's the whole loop — no streaks to protect, no badges, nothing to score. Just a rhythm that keeps your eyes and your attention from flattening out over a long day. This side panel puts that loop next to whatever you're actually doing. • Start a session without leaving your work. Press and hold to begin — the same deliberate gesture as the app, because starting should be a decision. • See where you are, not how long is left. During focus the panel says "In Flow" and nothing else. A countdown appears only for the 60-second reset, where knowing the end is the reassurance. • Guided breathing, right in the panel. The reset plays here — the same binaural tones and voice guidance as the app — whenever you don't have Sanctuary open in a tab. If you do, the tab keeps the sound; you'll never get two. • A nudge when the reset is due, even with no Sanctuary tab open. Requires a Sanctuary account. Sign in at sanctuary.novpax.org and the panel picks up your existing session — there's no second login. Sanctuary is made by NovPax.
